Nursing & Rehabilitation Facilities

	Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has 113 beds of skilled and rehabilitative care.
There is central air conditioning throughout the facility and our outside is graced by a beautiful courtyard and patio with comfortable seating.
	Each spacious private and semi-private room is equipped with a television and phone service.
The intimate restaurant-style dining room is appointed with fine linens and china, with table service and ethnic food preparation.
In addition the center has an onsite chapel for religious services and pastoral counseling,  and  a full service barber and beauty salon.

Our staff have acute, long-term and rehabilitation experience and the center is Medicare/Medicaid certified.  In addition, the designated subacute unit offers specially trained staff to provide the transitional care required.
