 Caregiver Support Group to be held the first Tuesday of every month at Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehab Center, 300 Barber Ave., Worcester, MA in the conference room.
First meeting is on September 6th, 6pm. It will be conducted by Martha Douty-Perez, Director of Social Services at Holy Trinity, licensed social worker.
Support group is open to the community. Family members and caregivers are welcome. |
