Medical and Dental Insurance plans are  offered 
to full-time employees of Holy Trinity

for Individuals, 2 Persons and Families -

Medical Plans
Fallon Community Health Plan Direct

Earned Time
Seventeen days per year, pro-rated for part-time employees working 20-39 hours per week.
These days can be used for illnesses, vacations, or other personal use.
They are available after 126 days of employment.
12 - 36 months of employment accrues up to 17 days per year
48 - 96 months of employment accrues up to 22 days per year
97 months or more of employment accrues up to 27 days per year

Holidays
Six holidays per year, pro-rated for part-time employees working more than 20 hours per week. 
Hourly employees who work on a Holiday receive time and one half of their rate of pay.

Life Insurance and AD/D
One time salary provided to employees hired to work 32 or more hours per week.
Available after 90 days of employment at no charge to the employee.

Long Term Disability Insurance
Provides 40% of your basic monthly earnings, after 180 days following a disabling accident or illness, for employees hired to work 32 or more hours per week. 
Available after 90 days of employment at no charge to the employee.

Tuition Reimbursement
Up to $1000 per year for job related courses.  Provided to employees working at least 20 hours per week.  Available after 90 days of employment.

Retirement Program - Tax Sheltered Annuities
Retirement program that allows up to $15,000 salary deferral on a Pre-Federal and Pre-State tax basis. Over 30 investment options available.  Available after 90 days of employment for employees working at least 20 hours per week.  Holy Trinity offers a discretionary matching contribution up to 2% of salary with a four year vesting schedule.

Shift/Weekend Differential
(based on position)
Evenings and Night Shifts - $.50 to $2.00 per hour
Weekend Shifts - $.50 to $1.00 per hour

Pay in Lieu of Benefits
Part Time (20 - 31 hours per week)  -  employees 8% differential in base pay 
Full Time  (32 - 40 hours per week)  -  employees 15% differential in base pay
Available after 90 days of employment.

Short Term Disability Insurance
Employee paid benefit that provides for wage replacement following accidents or illness.
Available after 90 days of employment.

Employee paid benefit, discounted Health Club Membership through payroll deduction.
